This is the second time I’ve used this company - the first was for an LG refrigerator and it needed a compressor replacement - Jim was the most reasonable and also responsive and fast. This most recent time I had a VERY loud washing machine that really wasn’t that old but out of the extended warranty of course. He was able to get the part quickly and came back when he said he would to complete repair. Works beautifully and quiet now. Will def use them again .

When you want it done, and done right. Honestly, quickly and at a fair price. This is the only man to call! My only reluctance in giving a more glaring endorsement is everyone will start using him to sort out their inevitable appliance hell and I'll have to move down the list!

Refrigerator Repair
Our refrigerator went out. There was no noise or interception. It just quit. My husband saw a 1st Choice Appliance truck at my next door neighbors house two days prior so I went over to ask about their services. She gave me their name and number. At this point it was 7:20pm but I called anyway to at least leave a message. Mr Jim Buza answered and asked if he could send someone the next morning at 10am. We were very pleased they were available so soon. Kevin came, inspected and verified we needed a new board. He ordered it and came back the next day. He put it in less than 20 minutes and our fridge was up and running again. We were very pleased with their service. Kevin was very professional, wore his mask, very friendly and cared.
